Billie is on the lookout for a Senior Manager, CRM & Email Marketing to independently drive revenue-generating campaigns for Billie and other DTC brands at Edgewell Personal Care.

What you’ll do:
- Drive CRM Strategy & Roadmap: Help shape CRM strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, winback, and monetization. Partners closely with brand leads to align on strategy, planning, and prioritization.
- Manage Execution: Outlines campaign calendars, works with creative teams to brief & design; builds and launches CRM campaigns
- Analyze and Optimize: Monitor performance and extract actionable insights to inform roadmap adjustments and future opportunities. Independently analyze results to make data-driven recommendations and continuously reimagine how customers interact with our email and SMS experiences.
- Own the Platforms: Serve as the main point of contact for third party relationships including contract and budget negotiations. Possess a deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic needs within Klaviyo, Customer.io, and similar tools.
- Evangelize CRM best practices: Collects & shares competitive & industry trends, best in class customer experience, and stay on top of emerging technologies within the CRM arena.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 6+ years of direct experience in CRM with a strong focus on email marketing within a DTC environment
- Hands-on background with platforms like Klaviyo or Customer.io and experience with personalization
- Strong track record of defining successful CRM strategies and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
- Intimate knowledge of email KPIs including deliverability and business success metrics
- Proven ability to leverage data to constantly reimagine customer interactions across email and SMS experiences, and independently analyze results to make impactful recommendations.
The salary range for this position is $96,000-144,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.

Billie is on the lookout for an accomplished Product Manager to work across Billie and other DTC brands at Edgewell Personal Care. In this role, you will live and breathe customer experience and help tie customer-centric goals to high level business objectives. We’re seeking someone comfortable both executing sprint to sprint and also eager to zoom out and understand long term strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end execution of site updates across brands — including merchandising, seasonal updates, homepage refreshes, new page creation, promo launches, and inventory-related changes.
- Partner with brand, creative, and engineering to bring promotional strategies to life — from planning to QA to post-mortem analysis.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports tied to key KPIs and initiatives.
- Tailor communications to your audience — from tactical execution updates for cross-functional teams to executive-level summaries.
- Work closely with leadership to define priorities and maintain a roadmap for customer-facing enhancements including site features and promos.
- Write detailed user stories & acceptance criteria and participate in QA.
- Work within CMS to manage content updates, promo setup, and inventory availability where needed.
- Use data, UX research, and market research to analyze, prepare, and pitch business cases for customer-facing enhancements.
- Ensure delivery, analyze results, and develop new insights with every feature you ship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners, with a focus on empathy and shared goals.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years product experience (additional cross-functional experience preferred)
- A passion for building products that customers love and that have a high business impact
- Experience with DTC promo strategy and measurement plus an eagerness to dive into data, model out scenarios, and identify big swings based on your analysis
- A proven executor; your project management and scrum skills are stellar and second nature at this point
- An effective communicator; you can you know your audience and you bring clarity and organization to every conversation you have
The salary range for this position is $125-135K.
